Avec le loyer d'Alistair, Larnell décide de s'offrir un Bong hanté aux effets détonants. Quand le paquet arrive, les colocataires décident aussitôt d'user de leur nouvel ustensile pour planer... Ce qu'ils ignorent c'est que le 7ème ciel est un monde peuplé de stripteaseuses démoniaques, de nain-phomanes et de poupées aussi lubriques que sanguinaires. Alistair unit alors ses forces avec le légendaire Tommy Chong, le vrai propriétaire du bong, pour sauver ses colocataires.
